Bill W. Fleetwood CRPC®

President and CEO

Bill W. Fleetwood founded Fleetwood Benefit Services, Inc. (FBS) to be a full service financial  advisory firm by providing families and businesses with innovative financial strategies and  solutions. Since 1986, Bill has designed and developed employee benefit plans while offering  objective long-term retirement advice. Over the past 33 years he has developed a proprietary consultative process helping owners of small businesses, corporate executives and  professionals prepare for retirement with the development of comprehensive financial plans. The process includes a portfolio cost and risk assessment, wealth transfer, tax mitigation and  charitable giving strategies.

Fleetwood has found that a significant component of a financial plan involves determining  current and future tax liability and the importance of developing strategies to minimize the  amount individuals pay in taxes, both now and during retirement. Proactive tax planning, in  conjunction with other professionals, allows Bill the capability of helping clients build a solid  financial foundation.

As an independent financial planner, Bill takes his role as a fiduciary seriously seeking to fully  understand his client's individual needs and goals to customize a comprehensive plan to meet identified long term objectives. A customized financial plan will combine tax advantaged  strategies with retirement income planning, institutional wealth management and creative  estate planning techniques. Fleetwood and his associates provide quality advice and wealth  management solutions to help clients maintain their quality of life.

Bill earned his Bachelors of Business Administration degree at the University of Oklahoma and maintains a series 65 license. He is an investment advisor representative and offers investment advisory services through J.W. Cole Advisors, Inc. He has achieved his Chartered Financial  Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation. The CRPC program focus on the pre-and-post retirement needs of individuals addressing issues such as estate planning, retirement and income planning, and  asset allocation management. In January of 2019 Fleetwood teamed with AssetMark, one of America's leading turnkey asset management programs. Bill, with the resourses offered through Assetmark, provides  innovative investment and consulting and retirement planning solutions. FBS utilizes a thorough wealth management methodology that includes custom built portfolios with exposures in line with the individual client guidelines.
